Refund Policy

1. Free previews

Free previews are free and watermarked — no refunds apply.

2. Paid orders

If we cannot deliver your portrait, or the result is unusable due to a technical fault, we refund the order in full. Contact us within 14 days of purchase and include your order email.

3. Change of mind

Because portraits are personalised digital goods produced to order, refunds are handled case by case. Email us within 14 days; we usually refund if the portrait has not yet been delivered.

4. Failed generations

Failed generations are automatically refunded by the payment provider, or re-run free of charge.
