Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Pet Portrait AI ("we", "us") operates custompetportrait.xyz, an AI pet portrait generator. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. What we sell

We sell one-time digital products: AI-generated pet portraits. A free watermarked preview is available. Paid tiers: Single portrait (USD 4.99), 3-style bundle (USD 9.99) and Gift pack, 10 portraits (USD 19.99). All prices are shown on the site and match our checkout catalog.

3. What you may upload

You may only upload photos of your own pets, or pets you have permission to use. Do not upload photos of other people, celebrities, minors, or content that infringes rights, is illegal, or sexual. You are responsible for the photos you upload.

4. What you receive

Paid orders are fulfilled by email within 24 hours of purchase: a download link to your portrait(s) at 2048×2048 resolution, watermarked-free. Free previews are watermarked and lower priority.

5. AI-generated content

Portraits are generated by third-party AI image models from your photo. Results vary; we cannot guarantee any specific style outcome. Keep the platform's AI-generated label on when you post images.

6. Refunds

See our Refunds policy.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
